- Do I need to be a tough guy to go into the ice?
No, it’s not even about the ice. The Wim Hof Method, the breath work, helps you go open up, get in touch with your body and soul, and uses the cold as a tool to be stronger, healthier and happier. - Do I have to go into the ice?
No, everything is voluntary. No one is forced to do anything. We can even organize a workshop which focuses on the breath work and leaves out the ice altogether. However, in the end everyone wants to go all in π - How long does it take?
A normal workshop takes anything between 4 and 6 hours. But we can arrange for a condensed session which will teach all techniques within about 3 hours. - Is the Wim Hof Method for me?
Every healthy adult can practice the method. It is not advised to practice the method when you are pregnant, or when you are dealing with heart diseases
